Saddle Pads

Saddle Pads

Is it possible to be a "little" obsessed?  That's how we would describe our relationship to saddle pads.  A secret:  It's okay to use a saddle pad.

There are several factors that are affected when you place a saddle on a horse:  Pressure points, impact, heat retention, moisture management, blood flow, and transcutaneous oxygen transfer to the muscles and skin on the back of the horse.  Even a saddle that fits well may not address these other issues.  This is where saddle pads come into play.

No one pad can accommodate all of the issues noted here.  Some are better at impact resistance, others at dissipating heat, others still at wicking moisture.  We hope you'll find a pad solution here.  Feel free to contact us to discuss your particular needs.
